30 Day Challenge ~
Rules To Follow:

1.  Do at least 30 minutes exercise via dvd/walking per day
2. Eat at least two portions of vegetables/salad each day
3. Drink at least 2 litres of water each day
4. Drink a whole cup of water before eating ANYTHING
5. Drink a glass of water before bedtime
6. Portion control - eat everything off of small plates
7. Whenever drinking alcohol, sip on water between each drink
8. Weigh in first thing every morning, answer question, post weight and one of my favourite thinspo pics
